Consumer Report: Due Considerations for Laser Hair Removal
Consumer Report: Due Considerations for Laser Hair Removal
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 29, 2011
It is an unfortunate fact that about 40% of individuals who pay for laser hair removal fail to get the results they had initially hoped for. It is because of this statistic that Celibre set about to investigate the causes of patient dissatisfaction and unveil the findings.
The reality of laser hair removal is that it requires a number of specialized lasers, each one designated for specific skin tones and types of hair. It is not a “one size fits all approach,” requiring a sophisticated practitioner with experience, a track record, and advanced laser technology to maximize patients’ results.
Celibre conducted a survey of people who had undergone laser hair removal treatment within the past 24 months. These individuals were asked before and after laser hair removal treatment about what their priorities were in finding a practitioner. 60% of those surveyed before treatment listed price as the most important factor in finding a practitioner. The other 40% listed the potential results as the most important factor in their decision.
For the individuals that chose price, it was found that less than 50% were satisfied with the result of their treatment. For the group that chose results as most important, over 90% were satisfied with their result.
The study confirmed that laser hair removal is not a commodity service and that using price alone as the priority for choosing a practitioner will lead to lower satisfaction rates. Educated consumers in laser hair removal category should thoroughly investigate the practitioner they are attending, because far too many people are experiencing dissatisfaction with treatment.
A dutiful reminder to any consumer seeking laser hair removal is that it is imperative to consider factors above and beyond the cost of laser hair removal treatment. It is important to consider the area of the body being treated, the type of hair removal and the color of the skin. Each of these factors has an impact on the price of treatment.
Lori Haney, one of the expert practitioners at Celibre Medical describes one of the most surprising factors that patients recall during the course of the treatment is “the degree of flexibility and personalization that goes into each individual’s program.”
As a leading practitioner of laser hair removal in Los Angeles, Orange, Long Beach, Santa Ana and other Southern California regions, Celibre Medical has been offering consumers the gold standard in laser technology. Laser hair removal? Have some questions and concerns?
Question by Susan .: Laser hair removal? Have some questions and concerns?
So spring break is coming up, and i’ll be staying by the beach, thus, i’ll be going there ALOT.
I have a few hairs growing on my belly, that is bothering me..When I was younger, I would shave it, and only recently has it been growing thick and black. It’s quite disgusting and horrid.
So my sister suggested ” Laser Hair Removal . ”
Supposidly it gets rid of the hairs forever.
Questions:
How much would this even cost?
Should I be concerned, like, any scars and such after the process?

The Cost Of Laser Hair Removal: Is It Worth It?
Article by Judy Wellsworth
One of the pitfalls of life in the 21st century is that we are constantly being bombarded by advertises determined to give us reasons for buying their products. They have to make us think we need what they are selling.
Women with straight hair are told they need permanents to make their hair curly. Women with curly hair are advised to by hair straighteners. Women with light skin are told to buy instant bronzers or encouraged to risk sunburn and worse by visiting tanning salons. Breast enhancement surgery and breast reduction surgery are both pedaled as being the answers to stagnant social lives.
The simple fact is that if we learn to be happy with ourselves as we are lots of personal care industries would shut down and take their advertisers with them. Until that happens, many women will spend their lives thinking that they need to add to, or take away, what nature gave them.
The Unwanted Hair Problem
The obsession with appearance even extends to body hair. Women naturally grow more facial hair as they age and their hormonal balances shift, and with the Baby Boomer generation now entering retirement age, there are millions of women struggling with unwanted hair. A new market for hair removal techniques has arisen, and there have been, of course, new methods developed to satisfy it. For more info see http://www.bestlaserhairremovaltreatment.com/Laser_Hair_Removal_Prices/ on Laser Hair Removal Prices.
The most advanced of these new hair removal techniques is laser hair removal–advertised as safe, painless, and quick. But given the cost of laser hair removal, one thing they can’t call it is cheap. Any woman considering it should put cost of laser hair removal the top of her list of considerations, and weigh that against all of its other benefits. Otherwise the unexpected sticker shock of seeing the cost of laser hair removal might just have the recipient of the procedure tearing her hair out in the traditional manner.
Paying For Your laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is usually done in a series of sessions, and each session must be paid for before you continue with the next. You may find this way of doing business a bit confusing, because you are forced after each session to decide if you want to keep paying. If you decide that the cost of laser hair removal treatments is too high, and that you have more important things on which to spend your money, you are in a quandary, because your unwanted hair has only been partially removed.
The cost of laser hair removal procedures demands that you make a commitment beginning to continue paying until your treatment is complete. So decide how important it is to you–and to the people who care about you–that those uninvited hairs be banished. If you really won’t be happy until they are gone for good, by all means take on the cost of laser hair removal treatments and consider it money well spent!

What The Cost Of Laser Hair Removal Can Mean For Your Treatment
Article by Mark Woodcock
Many people looking for a permanent or long-term way to remove unwanted body hair look to the laser hair removal procedure. This popular procedure removes the hair relatively quickly, and for a much longer period of time than the traditional methods of hair removal, such as shaving or waxing. Practitioners promise to swiftly remove of hair at the root, and pledge that your hair will grow back at a very slow rate. However, if you are looking at laser hair removal as a long-term answer to your unwanted body hair problem, it is vital that you know all research all characteristics of the procedure, from knowing the basic principles behind it to knowing what to look for in a trustworthy practitioner to perform the procedure for you, and especially what the approximate cost of laser hair removal will be for you.
There are several obvious benefits to having laser hair removal, which is why it is becoming more common. The primary reason people pay to have the procedure done is for the lasting removal of unwelcome body hair. Even though laser hair removal has not been proven to be a permanent solution, there is often a permanent reduction in appearance of your hair. Often, your hair grows back in a lighter color and a finer texture, which can be a more manageable alternative to what a person deals with before having the procedure done. Laser hair removal is safe as long as it is done correctly and cautiously. Laser hair removal seems to be the best solution for those who have a large area on the body that they wish to treat, such as the back, chest, or legs. In these cases, laser hair removal might be a preferable option to something even less permanent like waxing, because of the longer-term effects. Candidates with paler complexions that have darker body hair usually get the most favorable results with laser hair removal.
There are several reasons that you will want to give laser hair removal some good thought before jumping in. There has been no medical proof that laser hair removal is completely safe or effective. And it is difficult to establish a set yardstick of regrowth rates, because every body is diverse. The process does not work as well on gray, red, or blonde hair, and people with darker skin tones or on people who tan themselves really need to approach it carefully. There is a risk of burns, abrasions, or skin discoloration as a result of the procedure. Since it can take several sessions to complete the preferred outcome, the cost of laser hair removal can be quite expensive. Some people do not react to the process at all, which can be a waste of time and money.
As with most types of cosmetic surgeries or procedures, the cost of laser hair removal differs by geographic area, and by the practitioners that perform the procedures. If it is the bread and butter of a business, the cost might be significantly higher than if laser hair removal is performed by a plastic surgeon or clinic that specializes in several types of procedures. If you are a good candidate for the procedure, there are a few other factors that might have an effect on the cost of your laser hair removal. If you require several treatments, if you have a larger area that you wish to have treated, or if you have particularly dense or thick body hair, laser hair removal might be more costly than average for you. When you are looking for a practitioner, try to find special offers, and check to see if the office you choose offers financing.
When looking for a practitioner that performs laser hair removal, not only do you need to consider cost, but you also need to consider the reputation of the business you are interested in. Schedule several in-office consultations with the practitioners that would perform the procedure on you. Make sure the office is clean, and make no commitments until you have had the opportunity to speak to other patients that have had the procedure done. It is important to know the risks, physically and financially, of laser hair removal. It is important to know that it isn’t necessarily a permanent solution, and that the cost of laser hair removal can be quite high depending on your individual situation and your geographic location.

I have been implementing the NO NO for 9 months and it has given me a immediate, harmless method to semi-permanent hair removalselling price pretty much anyone can afford. For the first 3 months, I treated myself 3 times a week and then through the 4th month, I lowered my procedure to only once a week. When I got into the 5th month I ended all treatment wholly and the outcome was remarkable. I didn’t have any hair growing for over 5 weeks!
